  1. Just a nice cup of coffee sets me right for the gym.

    Pre-workout is fine if that’s your thing. But it takes its toll on my stomach and makes me crash.

    And a little night-cap can help with the all-night late night sex as well. Haha.

    Just plain unsalted almonds.

    Those things just keep me going all day.

  3. At the most basic level for athletic performance you can’t go wrong with protein powder for recovery. That or other forms of protein will give you the biggest boost in power.

  4. I like smoking a cigarette BEFORE sex. It makes my orgasms more intense. Don’t know why.

  5. I replaced whatever I was eating before for breakfast (mostly cereal, bagels, and toast) with fruit protein smoothies. They’re better for me, they fill me up without feeling gross, I feel sharper and more awake in the morning, it’s easy to add various nutrients, and they taste great. Plus I lost 15 pounds in about 6 months (and I’m not a big guy to begin with – 5-9” 155).

  6. Protein rich foods in general, they leave me full without feeling fat. Also makes me feel well mentally knowing that what I’m eating is helping me on my gym journey

  7. I used to have an energy crash at the gym after about 30-40 mins. Nowadays I have a cup of oats for breakfast before a workout and that seems to fix the problem.
