Little bit of an embarrassing sexual health question, but as I’ve gotten older (28M), I’ve found it’s become increasingly harder to not squish my balls when I sit down. I don’t mean squish them *under* my butt, but in between my legs. I have to man-spread even more these days to feel even remotely comfortable. Crossing my legs is almost a death sentence, because I feel like I’m about to gillatine my bollocks off – I have to sort of awkwardly pull them up a bit (so they sit on top), when no one’s looking.

Any one got any ideas on how to combat this kind of problem?

    OK now you’re just being overly dramatic. Are your legs made of stone or something? Just adjust your sack.
