Ways to heal cut on penis?

Hey all, a little embarrassing haha but basically I’ve got two cuts/splits on the foreskin that covers the head of my penis. Not sure how they got there don’t remember doing it or feeling any pain. They aren’t really painful but are taking a while to heal. I’ve made sure not to masturbate or have sex with my girlfriend while they are healing but erections that I can’t control i.e morning wood keep opening the cuts back up and slowing the process. Any advice?
