For me it’s just a T-shirt, shorts and a pair of trainers. Seen some mad bastards wearing jeans and the odd lunatic wearing a coat

When it’s sunny and hot outside what do you wear when you go out?

  1. Basically the same. Always have to wear a hat and sunglasses though. The Texas sun is fairly unforgiving.

  2. I feel like a dork wearing shorts, so I’m that guy in jeans. Don’t worry about me, though, I won’t be out long.

  3. Same as always, depending on how I’m feeling.

Dress pants (black), polo shirt (black), casual shoes (black), jacket (black).

    OR

Golf pants (black), polo shirt (black), casual shoes (black), jacket (black).

    OR

Jogging pants (black), polo shirt (black), running shoes (black), hoodie (black).

  4. When I was in Arizona, I’d often wear long sleeve t-shirts and workout pants, light fabric for when it was 110 F/43 C outside that still covered the skin.

  5. Usually a short-sleeved shirt of some type, shorts, gym shoes and light socks (trainers for you). I also wear a hat, like a panama hat, something with a brim but that breathes a bit.

Sunscreen is a must if I’ll be outside for a while. I have a sunscreen for my face (non-comedogenic is a great word), but if it gets into my eyes it stings, so I apply it nose down; the hat helps with the rest.

  6. T shirt and jeans. I have a couple pairs of shorts, but I don’t care for them.

  7. Hawaiian button up w/ sleeveless tank top under w/ shorts and a pair of vans. I may look goofy, but it’s comfortable for the Sunny time and just nice enough to go anywhere for 90% of social outings

  8. Same.. but with sandals. No socks, I ain’t a heretic.
Can’t say I love that outfit – but it’s optimal for summertime survival.

  9. Linen. Light colored, and covering most of my body. The sun here is a killer.

  10. Yeah, a loose fitting t-shirt, some shorts cut above the knee, and sneakers. Sometimes a ballcap. If I’m expecting to be in the sun a lot I’ll wear one of those sun hoodies to avoid wearing sunblock.

  11. As long as it’s a white/beige t-shirt as it tend to not hold heat as much as darker clothes.

  12. i wear the exact same outfit every day regardless of the temp

    blue tshirt

    black mesh shorts

    black mid-shin socks

    constantly deteriorating black sneakers

  13. In the rarity we see the sun, Same as OP with one slight problem, all of my clothes are black… I am not of the smartest people when clothes shopping, I do live in the UK, which gets sunshine for 12 days of the year, so it balances out.

  14. If I’m working it’s the usual leather boots, heavyweight jeans/cotton twill pants and long sleeve work shirt.

If I’m not working it’s probably weekender oxfords, lightweight cotton/linen pants and a lightweight cotton/linen shirt. Sometimes I’ll wear a straw hat as well. I’m not a fan of shorts.

  15. Shorts and a sleeveless shirt. Sandals or runners (really depends where i’m going). Although one summer, because i always get dark. I was the kid taking AP classes in the summer in a sweater, scarf and jeans…scarves all year round were very “in” at the time but i wore it to keep the sun off my head. And on top of that i took my bike (about 30 minute ride) every day that summer. And i still got dark

  16. Same as always. I’ll work outside in pants and a long sleeve shirt in 100+ degree temps all day no problem.

I don’t wear shorts or flip flops unless I’m at the beach

  17. Well, it depends on the morning temperature. Let’s say it’s 25°C in the afternoon. That’s all nice and warm, but what changes things is how warm (or not) it’s when I leave in the morning. If it’s 15°C, sure, I may take shorts and just a T-shirt right away. But if it’s 7°C like today… nope. So I end up with the hoodie around my waist and the denim jacket in my hands as I walk to the bus stop in the afternoon.
