Hi! So long story short, i (F 23)asked a guy (M 24)out for a second date last Tuesday and he said yes. I asked him that day if Saturday worked for him. I didn’t hear from him until today (Friday night) and a friend of mine invited me on Wednesday to go have some drinks. I was waiting for him to confirm the date but I got annoyed and instead i told my friend (i told her today, Friday) i could actually go with her bc this guy didn’t text me back.
Then later tonight his guy texted me today saying he could make it Saturday. What do i do? I want to go out with him but he just took too long to confirm. And I don’t want to ditch my friend.
Why would he take so long to reply? It’s as if he was waiting to have a better plan and didn’t happen
