I feel like I have an insensitive clitoris, or an insensitive body overall. I’ve recently started wondering whether I just need to maybe I need to wait a few days/weeks for sexual desire to build up to feel good.

My question is, do you take breaks between masturbating and how many days have you found is effective?

  1. It reeeallly depends. I go through stretches where I masturbate every day. Then stretches where I can go a week without even thinking about it. My cycle has an impact, so does external factors like stress and whatnot. I tend to just listen to my body. Sometimes in the middle of the day, I’m like, oh I’m kinds horny, time for some me time.

    Desire and sensitivity are two separate things though. If you are not experiencing desire, you may just be low libido. If you have desire but are not physically feeling what you expect, I’d experiment with toys.
