  1. A) sometimes it’s against company policy

    B) even if it’s not against policy it’s often frowned upon because it adds unnecessary stress/gossip/etc to the workplace

    C) if you break up you still have to see the person at work all the time

    D) it can impact your ability to focus on your job which can get either or both of you fired.

  2. There’s nothing wrong with it. Some people are mentally stuck in highschool and can’t, or won’t, be adults about shit.
