So I asked the events manager where I volunteer to meet for coffee or drinks, and she said she’d love to…she noted next week would work best and asked me to let her know what day works for me. I replied saying I’m thinking nxt Thursday, and she read it but hasn’t replied. I sent that Wednesday night…I’m guessing she’s no longer interested bc of a lack of a reply in three days? Granted I didn’t mention a time or place yet but…radio silence

Yeah :/ I would take that as a no and move on unfortunately.
Probably best to drop it like it never happened. The boundary is set; be friendly but don’t give even a hint of an advance again. Work relationships are high risk of awkwardness.
Honestly you could just send a follow up. Then you’ll know for sure and it may make you feel better. It could be something like
“Hey, I just wanted to follow up and see if grabbing coffee Wednesday worked for you? If you changed your mind that’s ok too”
Even if I did change my mind I wouldn’t be annoyed by a guy sending something like that. If she doesn’t reply then there’s your answer.
