Sooo…things that i don’t currently have in my house? I had a smaller house built a little while ago in the back yard. And i’ve been decking it out since it was completed…but i wouldn’t call it a “man-cave”. It’s got a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a loft. It’s like a small apartment. Miniature version of my actual house without my fiancees horrible taste thrown around everywhere. I mean i hired an interior designer for a reason.
Racing sim rig.
Stormbreaker!
A little fridge next to my setup.
I have to have built it with my own hands. Not just decorated, but BUILT.

Okay, so my dream man cave is an actual, literal cave. So a nice fire pit and a good door to keep the wind out is all I need.
Some cool looking part from a motorcycle I had a connection to (if that’s even possible). Or a retired helmet or jacket. Stuff like that.

I feel like a man cave is not truly complete without some type of old rifle/musket or something rusty. This classic item should ideally be placed over a fire place mantel. If there is no fireplace/wood stove then having the antique firearm mounted above a coat of arms would be totally acceptable and very cool.
A variation on this theme is having your wall hanger appear to be something so rusty it couldn’t possibly function but in reality, internally it is a well maintained and cared for family heirloom that is fully functional. I personally own two rifles over a hundred years old and they still shoot like they day they were manufactured. They have very small amounts of rust in non-important areas and lots of lovely patina. They function perfectly as well with clean barrels and slick actions.
