i avoid making eye contact with people because when i do they start asking if i’m mad. before i knew i needed glasses as a kid my teachers would always get mad at me for giving them threatening looks; i thought it was just the squinting but when i got glasses they said the same thing.
when i ask my friends if my eyes scare them they’ll say no or that my gaze is intense. i don’t mind it that much but i’m a very extroverted and expressive person so i just wonder why it happens. has anyone experienced something similar?
