What do you do to release your stress?

  1. I like to be in the nature alone without phone, hiking for hours. SPORT, sauna and a massage.

  2. Cry. Since I always put my feelings and stress somewhere behind my mind, they always become a great hill at one point. Every other mean is a procrastination of some sort.

  3. Worry some more!

😂 it’s a losing battle most days. It seems like I only stop stressing about something by stressing about something else.

I do like using aromatherapy lotions/gels. I use an aromatherapy associates one for stress. It’s expensive but a tiny bit on my wrist seems to have a calming effect. Probably psychological trickery but I recommend trying it. I think a 10 minute bed ritual of pampering yourself if you have time is a good routine to start with.

  4. I hide away in my blanket fort.

I binge watch anime and cheesy c-dramas.

    I re-read my favourite fanfics.

I go for long solo PoGo walks.

I treat myself to a box of Pasteis de Nata.

I get lost in a new book or manhwa series.

I stretch and do myofascial release.

I take a long hot shower and exfoliate head to toe.

I listen to my favourite albums on a loop.

I buy myself a new book or two.

I play old school games like Neopets and Sonic Forces.

    I rewatch a comfort movie.

  5. Long walks outside. Long hot showers. Talk to friends (usually phone calls). Listen to music.

  6. Go for a walk outside. Feed stray cats. Window shopping. Eat a meal alone.

  7. Have a bath. Maybe write in my journal. Eat some chocolate. Cry.

If my bf is around, I might seduce him. Masturbation also helps. Depends on the kind of stress though.

  8. Mostly sleep. But also get massages, go to martial arts, bike, go for walks, and go for coffee.
