So I (27M) went for a walk the other day. Saw someone walking her dog. I pulled my headphones off and said her dog was gorgeous (and it was). She smile and said thank you. After I just put my headphones on and continue walking. I wanted to try and talk but I was nervous. I don’t know if she wanted to talk. Also I don’t want to be a creep and ruin someone’s evening. My question being, is it creepy to try and talk with women walking or running?

Not creepy. It will mostly be small talk, but if you’re comfortable just asking questions that’s the place to start. People like talking about themselves and their pets.
