  3. I pulled my chef’s knife off the magnetic wall strip and literally stabbed new holes into my belts because I didn’t have a true…leather, belt, hole-punching thing (I’m sure there’s an actual tool, but I’ve no idea what it is).

    It was nice and all, but a few weeks later I was back to buckling my belt in the pre-made factory holes

  4. You can really transform your body *if* you’re actually working out.

    I see people go in frequently, but they will just sit on a machine, do like 5 reps, not even break a sweat and sit on their phone for 10 minutes. Rinse, repeat.

    So you can *go* for 3 months but actually be present to get the results you want.
