1. BetterHelp was great for me. It averaged $320 monthly ($80/wk).

   Like anything else, you get out what you put in. My therapist put in the effort and helped me deal with relationship issues and personal issues I was going through.

   I had to stop for financial reasons, but 10/10 would recommend.

2. I found mine through my health coverage; they partner with 2 different service providers for therapists. Mine costs $45/session.

3. Try reaching out to your insurance for a list of providers. Many providers often offer telehealth services nowadays, not just those platforms.
