I can’t seem to spend any of these vouchers before the deadline. I would say this change has overloaded their site, but it’s been the same for a couple of days now – both on my home connection, and at work. Also on my phone on 4G.

Everything I click on returns a “Oooops, something seems to have broken” message or “Oh no, the page you’re looking for isn’t in stock right now”.

I’ve tried contacting support but “someone will be in touch within two hours”.

Just checking it’s not just me before I escalate on the phone, trying to buy Eurotunnel vouchers to book our holiday!

Edit: Just discovered all the pages work for me until I sign in. Maybe it *is* just me…

  1. The main Tesco App on my phone is working for vouchers, I know they ditched the Club Card app a while ago and you now do it all through the main Tesco app. Not sure how that affects the website though, you should be able to access them through your main Tesco account in the website.

  2. I bought channel tunnel tickets using vouchers converted from points, a few weeks ago.

    Worked fine!
