What does his answer means?

Me and this guy dated for some time. He d lovebomb me and always say I love you and bring gifts but I wanted to proceed with caution as I was out of another relation and knowing myself. So I told him the truth but went out with him several times and I felt good . I started to fell for him but was afraid of admitting my feelings as Ive been severely hurt. I said nothing, just that I feel good with him. He disrespected me then, left me there sit alone and would sit by his friends. Id feel like sth is lacking in me, as if he wasnt proud of me and I was just an introvert and wanted to be accepted , but he d come to me and say they think Im vain and that I was overreacting. Then he d come and say I love you again and close every argument with the justification that he pursues me all the time and that I push him away. Id always forgive him. He saw me with a guy friend and asked for his social media profiles to which I replied the action was possesive and he didnt have the right as he had plenty of girl friends and didnt stop staying with them after I acknowledged my emotions. He stopped talking for a whole month until I said sorry and then told me I have to wait for him now. I finally confessed that I had loved him the whole time and that I just wanted to be with him and he said “Im very angry, wait for me to forgive you”. Then , I reached him in person to make up, and he said Im busy, have personal stuff to do and just ignores me. What does that mean?
