For those of you who breastfed a child: how did it change your breasts’ appearance and did they regain some of their pre-lactating shape after stopping and in that case how long did it take?

  1. I breastfed for a year. My breasts swelled when it was time for my son to feed, but that’s pretty much it. I stopped breastfeeding almost 5 years ago, and my breasts look the same as before I started breastfeeding.

  2. Mine look just like they did before, but they are nowhere nearly as firm.

  3. I breastfed two and I am sad. I didn’t have amazing breasts before but now they are flat and my nipples are stretched and flat. If by 40 I’m still sad about it I’ll look into breast augmentation. I used to be a full B and now I’m A below average B. And when I lay down, forget it. Flat. BUT when I was breast feeding, I have p*rnstar breasts and I feel like I got a taste of what never was or will ever be again lol.

  4. My boobs look way better. I breastfed for 5 months exclusively, then mixed fed from 6-7 months then transitioned fully to formula/ semi solids

  5. My poor boobies. I breastfed all 4 of my kids until 1.5-2 years each and now I have nothing left… like absolutely nothing. I was a small B before😕

  6. It didn’t. Pregnancy and aging changed how they looked, but breastfeeding ultimately had zero impact. BFed a total of 8.5 years.
