I’m 19 years old and have been offered a job as an instructor by a company. i have passed all interviews and succeed ,They have already sent me the contract and we have agreed on the price. However, they are unaware of my age at this point. On Monday, I am scheduled to go and sign some papers, which will reveal my age to them. I haven’t attended college, but I have gained substantial experience as a full-stack developer through freelancing and working on various projects. Considering my age and lack of a college degree, I’m curious to know if it’s realistic to expect to secure this job based on my skills and experience. If anyone has been in a similar situation or has any advice to share, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!

  1. If they have interviewed you and decided you are right for the job, your age will be irrelevant as long as you’re legally an adult. As long as you didn’t lie about anything, you’re fine. Congrats by the way!
