I’ve been going to therapy for a while, mainly for my extreme difficulty in opening up with anybody, no matter how close they are (and to talk about other things as well). I think I’ve been going for almost 1 year and we barely made any improvement because I simply can’t talk. About literally anything. I even started to write down word-by-word what to say in therapy but the minute I’m there nothing comes out.

In this period of time, I also started seeing a psychiatrist. Like, I REALLY want to get better, but ai feel like I’m sabotaging myself and becoming worse then when I first started.

Any advice?

  1. If you are able to write down what you want to say, perhaps you can email what you wrote down to your therapist before your next session. Then they would have a good idea of where to take things.

  2. Just spew random things. Like talk about how your going to open a restaurant and just list out would it would be
