Are his fingernails clipped beforehand?
Invest in a good glass nail file. It can be more than just fingernails, pointy finger callouses can be a problem as well.
I had that happen with an ex when I was a teenager. I think maybe it’s just that more sensitive vagina because I was younger and less experienced? In any case, it stopped eventually and haven’t had it happen since.
Definitely go to a OBGYN.
But for my guess… Your bf might’ve irritated your hymen. If he puts his fingers deep or if you have hymen closer to “entrance”. That would make sense especially when he is gentle, so he doesn’t tear your hymen completely but just a little, then the hymen heals and the cycle repeats when he fingers you again. The fact it doesn’t hurt is good.
If you don’t know what is a hymen (not your fault someone should have taught you) then I can try to explain… just ask.
Might be cysts or polyps. Go to an obgyn, it might be an easy fix.
1. His nails need to be clipped
2. You need to be properly turned on (were you nervous or tense by any chance?)
3. Make sure to be wet or use lube
4. Maybe he fingered you too agressively or in an angle that somehow caused bleeding (maybe it was a more sensitive spot, or maybe the angle made him graze his nails (even if clipped) which eventually caused bleeding because of the repetition)
