What do you wish you knew at Age 25?

1. To put even more in my 401k/Roth IRA than I was at that age. It would have doubled twice by now.

5. How high housing prices would go. I’d been working my job for 5 years (still at the same one), could have got a decent place at a reasonable rate. Now it’s unlikely I’ll ever stop renting.
