1. Going to medical school

2. Finishing college instead of working on sailboats. It wasn’t an easy decision.

3. That trip to Paris I took with my late husband about a year before he unexpectedly died.

   We were a little flush thanks to him getting a big promotion at work so we decided to live it up a little. Flew first class, stayed in a luxury hotel, and went out to the best restaurants in the city every night.
