I’m just curious how much quirkiness is acceptable in people’s preferences, and curious to hear stories regarding that.

Your submission has been flagged for moderator review. Please be patient. If you do not see your post published within 48 hours the moderators have decided to not publish it.

If/when your thread is approved and it runs its course, instead of deleting it, **you can simply type “!lock” (without the quotes) as a comment anywhere in your thread to have our Automod lock the thread**. That way you won’t be bothered by anymore replies on it, but people can still read it.

  2. I think you’re asking the wrong question. There’s a great speech by Robin Williams in Good Will Hunting. He talks about how the flaws in your loved ones are the good stuff.

I bet if you ask people “what odd thing does your partner do that you love?” you’ll see a much better picture of reality. Everyone is weird. A lot of people just hide it.
