My wife told to go for a walk in the middle of a conversation at the house from my old high school friend.
I strongly guess she wants to talk bad about me. Or just gossip about other man in her life (we are in an open relationship)
Gossip about me is the only topic she can talk about.
She also told me in the past several times that I do not have friends (which I obviously have)
But she was just degrading me in a toxic way… which I can’t stop thinking about …
What is the best way to handle this?
