How/what do you do to push yourself away from a self held pity party?

  1. I acknowledge that I have legitimate reasons for being upset and that it’s okay to feel sad when others mistreat me. I let myself feel the feelings so I can let them go.

  2. Chocolate. All my pity parties relate to low energy/illness and bittersweet chocolate fixes them. Yes, I know, not the politically correct answer.
