What is the number 1 way that you pamper yourself?

  1. read for three hours late at night knowing damn well i need to wake up early in the morning for work oopsies 😝

  2. I cancel plans that no longer feel like something I want to do without feeling guilty.

  3. Every 3 weeks, I do my nails, a pedicure, lashes, eyebrows and waxing in nice spas. I also am trying to start booking massages 1x/month.

  4. I get a massage each month. I found a great lady who charges less than 150 for 2 hours of Thai massage. It’s helped my back pain immensely.

  5. My idea of pampering: regular mani/pedis, brow threading, body massages, laser facials, and hair appointments (balayage, trim, toner, gloss!), aaaand retail therapy!

  6. Hot shower, journaling, relaxing music, candle, put on comfort tv shows like friends.

  7. I get my hair colored once a month. My stylist is a fantastic person and that one day a month brings me a lot of joy.
