Dinners delivered to my door.
Every 3 weeks, I do my nails, a pedicure, lashes, eyebrows and waxing in nice spas. I also am trying to start booking massages 1x/month.

Through food. Treating myself to a fancy dinner is my favourite indulgence.

Put my goddamn phone on silent and leave it in another room.
Skincare, especially at night, it helps me wind down.
Hot shower, journaling, relaxing music, candle, put on comfort tv shows like friends.
I get my hair colored once a month. My stylist is a fantastic person and that one day a month brings me a lot of joy.
