I have delayed eyaculation, that means I need my build up time to get there. When I’m on my knees on the bed with the classy doggy position I get very tired and even get cramps in my quadriceps sometimes. Most of the times this means I loose my erection out of pure exhaustion.

I’ve been able to finish some days I’ve been extra motivated but most of the time it doesn’t work for me.

Worth mentioning that Im quite fit, Ive been going to the gym the last 10 years and I do cardio at least once a week.

Anyone with the same problem?? Ill appreciate any advice thank you!!

  1. I have the same problem. Especially when she doesn’t hold her position well. Having her next to the head of the bed helps so she can brace on the wall.

    Another thing that works for us is simply taking a second and slowing or stopping. She can reach back and fondle your nuts to bring the erection back to full force or make you climax.

  2. Some people say magnesium or long socks that keep the legs warm can help. I get them every now and then, I do notice having a fan blow on my legs makes it worse.
