Hello! First and foremost I hope your nights are going so well and that you just in general feel lovely.
So! To start things off, I (23F) live next to a market that I go to quite a lot. A month or two ago a new guy started working there (20-25?)
He is exactly my type but I know that approaching people at their place of occupation in a romantic way is super frowned upon and also might come off as desperate.
But he and I banter quite a bit when we run into each other and he recognizes me I think? With the way he talks to me and how he greets me despite me not seeing him that much at the market.
How/do I ask him for his number without making it weird?
TLDR:
Really want to ask out a guy that works at market by where I live but don’t want to make him uncomfortable. Do I ask him out or drop it and let the man just exist at his job ?

Men approaching women romantically at their place of employment is super frowned upon and creepy. That rule doesn’t exist for women, it’s one of the very very few gender standard double standards that actually benifits women. You’re golden, go for it.
