There’s a coworker that I really like, but acting on it would be a very bad idea. We don’t work closely, but do interact daily on a work-related basis. The feelings are interfering with my performance and how I interact with this person. How do I deal with this in a healthier way?

  1. It sounds like you’re dealing with limerence. I would suggest the book Love and Limerence by Dorothy Tennov, it really helped me work thru my feelings when I was stuck in a similar situation
