What’s your ideal waist measurement and why?

  1. One where I don’t have to think about it, or fixate on a specific number. My ideal size is one where I’m healthy, and not ruled by my eating disorder.

  2. The waist measurement I happen to have when I feel fit, healthy, and comfortable in my skin.

  3. I have no clue… and that’s probably because my waist size doesn’t matter. How comfortable, confident, and happy I am in my body matters, and that is not something my waist size can determine ☺️.

  4. Everybody is different and every body is different. I’m extremely petite, so if I just randomly said my waist size everyone would assume I’m starving myself.

Whatever is healthy and comfortable for you should be your ideal waist measurement ❤️.

  5. About an inch smaller than my current waist. Because a lot of my clothes that I like are still just a bit small for my current post-pandemic body.

  6. 60 cm for someone my height, because it’s prettiest. My body goals celeb at the same height has a 60 cm waist. I had the same measurement in my early 20’s, but I’m fat now so my waist is like 72.

  7. Measurement that passes the yearly Japanese heath exam. Gotta get my A on the health exam 😂

  8. I don’t have one and I’m kind of horrified at the idea that anyone would. That’s such a toxic way to think about your own body!

  9. Wouldn’t this depend on your other measurements? I think the waist size on my pants is a 25, but I’m super tiny, my bra size is like 34.

I don’t think my waist size is ideal because I’m constantly being body shamed for being petite

  10. I do not have one. That’s not something healthy for me to fixate on, so I don’t put my time or energy into idolizing specific measurements.

  11. 21 inches. It’s a good measurement to keep track of because any nutritional malfeasance will go right there in a few hours it seems.
