Ive been trying different things like affirmations and it’s somewhat working but I still want some more advice and opinions confidence hasn’t been very easy for me

  1. I honestly think that when <<I>> am feeling down or not confident is because I am not doing enough. If you are feeling bad, get better at things you are not yet, or even at things you are already good. Take carr of yourself, study and be useful.

  2. After finding clothes that I like, I’ve felt so much more confident. That’s probably just a me thing, though. Correct posture when standing and eye contact improves confidence a lot, to me at least.

  3. Read up on history. Many widely respected individuals were also quite vile. Chances are you’re not that bad.
