Ok so a mates GF enjoys flashing him in public. Or if he’s not there taking pics or vids of her flashing and sending it to him. He doesn’t like it but she says she gets all hot and bothered doing it. We’ve spoken in our friend group about it and it’s a pretty even split. So I’m just after others thoughts.

If he dislikes it, then she should stop doing it.
Ask your friends: “If he enjoyed flashing her in public and she did not, would you support his actions?”
Well if he doesn’t like it, that definitely needs to stop. But if she’s doing it in public (depending on how public) around people and kids??? That’s illegal.
The same rules apply for any type of sexual activity, be it public or private.
Suppose in a couple one likes grabbing the other’s ass in public, but the other doesn’t like it. The logical conclusion would be that they should stop doing that, right?
It’s the same thing here. He doesn’t like her flashing him in public, so she should stop doing it. It’s non-consensual.
