2. Average Dads, that have a medium good job, but spend most of their free time and doing household chores and hanging out with their wives. That have hobbies, but prioritise family while the kids are young. Whose self improvement isn’t for getting laid, but for their health, communication and careers.

3. Silly as it is, my first thought was watchfulcoyote on TikTok. He does a lot of great relationship videos about how to communicate with and respect your partner in the patriarchy.
