And I’m heading to a music fest, but I don’t want to have a maximum of 2 feet for my partner to walk around with. I know the obvious solution is get a regular dog leash, but most of those don’t look to aesthetic

I’m confused, what does this have to do with a music festival? And they are that way because they’re for private bedroom play. I’m sure you’d find longer ones on specific kink shop sites.
Get a retractable leash and decorate it in a way that matches the costumes you are going to be wearing to the music festival?

Go to Home Depot, get some nice chain (more than you need), some bolt cutters, and some snap hooks. Make your own.
