So ive been trying apps such as yubo or omegle to talk to people and when theres so many people talking I feel like theres some sort of thing restricting me from just talking im a bit hesitant to join in. Is this normal for everyone else? Or its social anxiety? maybe shyness? I heard it was effective doing this as it makes you fearless when talking to people and just freely joining in.

  1. Hey! I think that the best way to go into this conversation is to think: well if i mess this up i am probebly never gonna meet those persons ever again

  2. This is actually a very good idea to overcome social anxiety. I have not used yubo yet, is that better than Omegle? Isn’t that the one that every third person is a guy jacking off?

  3. Try to make things as awkward as possible for the first 10 calls. I’m serious. Then see how the 11th one feels.

  4. I find video calls / phone calls to trigger my anxiety far more than face to face so this would backfire but nonetheless this is a good idea – it’s natural to feel a bit anxious, that’s what you’re trying to overcome after all
