I feel that my emotional state is not conducive to having a healthy and fulfilling relationship with someone else. I have experienced some trauma, stress, or insecurity that affects my ability to regulate my emotions and cope with challenges. I often struggle with mood swings, neediness, attention-seeking, overthinking, and impulsiveness. These behaviors can create conflict and misunderstanding with my partner and make me feel unhappy and dissatisfied. I am aware of this issue and I want to change it. I don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to love and be loved by someone who can support me and make me happy. I am looking for a way to heal my emotional wounds and become more stable and confident in myself.

TL;DR: I have emotional issues that prevent me from having a good relationship. I want to fix them and find love.

  1. If you can’t afford therapy, there are some excellent podcasts out there to help. The Happiness Lab is excellent and Unlocking Us has some episodes that have helped me as well. Metaphysical Milkshake has a few helpful episodes as well, but for me those are more difficult to find for what I was looking for.
