when will my parcel come, i originally opted for next day delivery but it has still not arrived. i have tried contacting the company i ordered it from but they do not care, i am going on a holiday on friday so i dont know what to do.
for the last two days they said
this parcel is bigger than we expected, so a specialist Evri courier will need to deliver it. We’re sorting this now and we’ll update your tracking as soon as it’s on its way
Or for the day before it was we could not deliver it today… what is this?

I did sone deliveries the Evri at beginning of month and it’s hard work. I’ve done courier work for many years but regular Evri couriers are made of better stuff than me. They deliver up to 9pm.
It will get there, the company are awful but it’s unlikely the driver is at fault for the delay. Considering the company don’t care about your custom it’s most likely then who are the worst part of the transaction.
Do you know if you have a regular driver or does it change?
Not necessarily a scam. I did a normal evri next day delivery and it took week over a week for no reason – very little I could do to move it any quicker. The other parcel i posted that day arrived next day.
