Did you know that effective July 1st, 2023, Reddit will enact a policy that will make third party reddit apps like Apollo, Reddit is Fun, Boost, and others too expensive to run? On this day, many users will login to find that their primary method for interacting with reddit will simply fucking cease to work unless something changes regarding reddit’s new API usage policy. [More details are in this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/AskWomen/comments/142mrtd/raskwomen_will_be_going_dark_on_june_12_in/).
Think it’s an asshole move? Concerned users should read and sign on to this [open letter to reddit.](https://www.reddit.com/r/ModCoord/comments/13xh1e7/an_open_letter_on_the_state_of_affairs_regarding/)

7 months. Military deployment
A little over a year. Covid restrictions.

A few days, I think. One of us had to travel at a time when the other couldn’t go.
5 weeks during covid lockdowns when we were still living apart
6 long weeks because of covid
About a week at most and it was for a family vacation. We couldn’t afford two plane tickets so I went alone.
15 months. Deployment to the Middle East.
Ever since we moved in the longest I’ve spent away from him is like three days lol 😅 I went to Texas to visit family and he had to watch the cats
We were long distance at first so we’d go months without seeing each other.
I’m a travel nurse. I’ve been in 2 separate long term relationships while on contracts where I didn’t see my SO for a couple months at a time. Neither of those relationships worked out. Long distance is hard. I’m very independent and it doesn’t bother me as much being away as it bothers most other people it seems.
