How do you cope with unequal contribution of one spouse in the household?

I’m so sorry if this is a repeated topic on this subreddit, I don’t know how to define this feeling and the frustration is making me a bit anxious for adult life 😅😅😀. My other half and I have great communication, don’t get me wrong things are wonderful. I think the cliche cis/het gender role difference is becoming a bit more apparent and thus overwhelming.
