1. If you have so many you are unable to make adequate time to enjoy them or doing so has a negative impact on your life in terms of basic life/family obligations.

2. As many as you can regularly do so you can progress.

6. As soon as it becomes a chore to finish whatever you doing on time, it’s at least one to many.

7. No such thing. They’re hobbies. You’re doing them for yourself.

9. Like, you don’t have to be active with every hobby all at once. So, knock yourself out unless you’re having money/time issues.
