Yes
Yep.
Yes, but I never watched it
Yes, but we’re a Hey Duggee and Bluey household
Yes my son spoke with a faint British accent for a short time thanks to Peppa
Yes but we also have much better children’s shows like Arthur, Daniel Tiger, Mr Rogers, Sesame Street, etc
Yes, I read that there was a phenomenon of kids here speaking in her accent to the point of it being somewhat worrisome because of watching it, especially during the pandemic
No offense but I never really understood some of my countrymen’s fascination with your accents
Yes… Unfortunately.
Please take her back. We’re sorry about that whole revolution thing, but this is just cruel and unusual punishment.
(I have a preschooler who thankfully isn’t into it that much, but will still ask to watch it occasionally)
Peppa Pig was before my time but as far as I understand yes she is on TV here
Unfortunately yes.
Take her back, and take James Corden while you’re at it.
Yes, and it’s awful.
We much prefer the show from your brethren down under, Bluey.
Man what a burn.
So funny. Wish we Americans were as clever as your dirty toothed subjects.
But yes. My son won a 3 foot Peppa Pig as Lego Land when he was a toddler and super into the show
That annoying pig show, unfortunately we have it. Wish we got some better children shows from the land of colonialism.
Yes. We have Peppa Pig in the land of quality dentistry and world defense.
>I would like to know if you have peppa pig too.
Yes, my niece and nephew love her. There was a period during the pandemic when my nephew spoke with a British accent.
I personally think she’s much better for kids to watch than Paw Patrol.
Why does it seem like most British questioners here go out of their way to be obnoxious?
Yes, but also do you not pay taxes on your “free” healthcare?
My grandkids weren’t into Peppa Pig. They gravitated toward *Masha and the Bear*(thanks, Putin!) and more recently toward *Grizzy and the Lemmings*.
I watched 1 episode with my toddler and never again. It’s terrible. The characters are so annoying. There is no educational or developmental value in the show for children. It’s just so, so, so unbelievably bad. Plus, I can’t get over the fact that the pigs’ heads look like dicks.
Yeah.
> I am from the land of tea and free healthcare.
Oof
Yes. Wish we didn’t. I’m keeping that garbage away from my toddler.
It’s on PBS and various streaming options of we want it. I prefer Bluey if I’m going elsewhere in the anglosphere, though.
You mean, the land of bland hot celebrities-paid-by-the-government tea
*sips delicious freedom death-to-tyrants tea*
I have not. Is it tasty?
[Yes](https://youtu.be/lCVLWzF5M1Y)
We have Peppa.
Can you please take her back and take PJ Masks as well?
I have heard many stories of American children speaking with British accents due to Peppa Pig!
Yes, it’s popular enough that some young kids are learning English with an English accent.
“free healthcare.”
you do know that the percentage taken from our paychecks for ni just went up, right?
