I (19 F) have been with my partner (also 19) for 8 months go on to 9 everything was going fine and it was normal typical relationship nothing more nothing less we always get each other gifts as a way to show.
to each other our love and we would always text but it wasn’t dry but then out of the blue on 3 our month they wouldn’t text me and I mean I get that people have their own lives,
but this would go on for hours and I always have to be the first one to text if not,
they would forget (this still happens) and the gift giving it’s just mostly me now for our anniversary I got them a Lego flowers and not to mention a very expensive birthday gift.
They told me they were going to give me some gifts as an exchange but it’s already been 20 days since my birthday and anniversary and all they have done with their money was spent on bs like no no toys and other kinds of stuff (the toys were for them just them like if you’re going to buy them just share you ik) and I get it’s their money,
but take a little consideration of what the expensive gifts I got them and other way that also pisses me off is the way they texts me like I’m their bestie I could be having the best day of my life and I could be text them like “HI ML” just to get a simple “HEYY GIRLY” would ruin my day so much I get that you text like this, but it’s getting out of hand.
Im not your bestie westie for the restie to be talking like this. idk what to do should I end it or would I be the a-hole
TD;LR* My partner has changed their behavior so much with me and I think our relationship is going a little down hill and I don’t like it I can’t seem what to do
