so i’ve been doin kegels for some time, i’m wondering if i stop doing them will they weaken back up or stay strong?

if they do weaken back up how often should i do it to keep them strong?

  1. If your having sex with consistency and workout your leg muscles you shouldn’t have issues.

    Kegels are for office workers that never use their leg muscles etc so they get weak. They shouldnt weaken if you have an active lifestyle.
