Hi guys I’m (F19) working in Savemore Supermarket as a cashier. I just want you guys to enlightened me if tama ba yung ginagawa sa aming mga cashier ng CS (Customer Service) namin. Bago lang ako sa work almost weeks, maybe 2 weeks. May napansin na talaga ako na isang CS na may ugali talaga. Palagi siyang nagagalit sa aming mga cashiers and she’s being too much, I guess. By the way, closing yung schedule ko sa work.

So we cashiers are busy to punch the customer items and busy din mag sukli. Also, sa store place namin is matao talaga. We have rice meals (SM eats) na binebenta sa store and also kape (Five star).

So the problem is, kapag kaming mga cashiers walang bentang kape is pinagleletter kami. I don’t know if that is necessary to her na gumawa kami ng letter kasi wala kaming bentang kami. May part pa na kapag walang benta yung isa, damay lahat sa pag le-letter. Plus, yung letter 1 to 100 numbers not just words only. Sobrang unfair pa sa aming mga closing kasi kami lang gumagawa non, yung mga opening kahit walang benta is hindi gumagawa non. Maraming nag resign as a cashiers sa work dahil sa ginagawa ng CS na ‘yon. Until now ganun pa rin ginagawa sa amin. Maraming nagsasabi na bakit hindi raw namin i call out sa HR, we tell them na wala kaming lakas ng loob about that. So Please enlightened me if it’s that normal. Thank you!

  1. Once na mag kick in yung instinct mo na parang may mali the second thing you can do is to take action
