As the title says I want to hit up my ex to see if she’s available and willing to try again.
A short backstory – we broke up almost two years ago, I’m the one who broke up with her, she loved me back then, and she is everything I am looking for in a girl.
I am here asking how I should go about asking her if she would like to try again and to also ask if she is currently in a relationship, if she is then I’ll just back off and go about my life as I was.
I thought about just straight of sending a test that went like “hey, I’ve been thinking and was wondering if you would like to give us another try”, but I’m unsure if that is to straight forward
I’m asking for some ideas of what I should send her
Tl;Dr – I need help making a text that asks her if she is currently in a relationship and if not express my interest in trying us again.

If you really have to, just flirt with her, gauge her reaction and if she reciprocates, ask her out. Don’t ask this bullshit about “trying us again” or anything like that. But the bigger question is, why do you want to get back to the old rut, why not enjoy a new one.
