I’m talking about men who met women that already lived far away (another country/several hours apart etc) and never actually lived close to one amother. So long distance from the get go.
I feel like most people are very hesitant to get into something like that, so those who did, what factors helped you decide you want to give it a shot?

Weird for a gal to be in this community😂 jk it’s fine. I’ve done it I guess but its hard, and it won’t last when you are young and the other person(or you) might need the means for a plane ticket! It can be done tho. Good luck, helpmeoutpeeps!
I left my wife and the state and tried to maintain the relationship with the girl I was cheating with. The girl started fucking some dude soon after I left.
I was a loser with women as a teenager and took what I could find.
This applies to way more dudes in LDR’s than will ever admit it.
It wasn’t the girl, it was my anti social lifestyle that pushed me into ldr situations.
Started out local and turned into long distance and didn’t last. These things don’t last.
Did it multiple times in my naive/lonely/inexperienced youth. Always a mistake, never worked out. I generally recommend people avoid them now, *especially* with people you’ve never actually met IRL.
Met her online. She was beautiful, smart, kind, funny, silly, innocent, and yet tantalizing and exciting. She quickly became a friend, we talked almost constantly online and then later, over the phone.
