My friend has been in a rs with her boyfriend for 2 years+. She admitted she is ready to settle down but the bf wasn’t. I believe they had taken a break twice before too. So currently, the bf asked for a break. I asked him because he is my friend too. But basically, he just said he isn’t ready to settle down as he is still studying. He does see her being the one but at the same time, may not be the one too. What does this mean exactly? Help me understand what’s going on in the bf’s mind.

He’s clearly not on the same page as his gf, and considering that they’ve had multiple breaks, I don’t think that relationship is going to last
