Normally you should prep like do a enema and stuff before anal but if you just shoved 8 inches up without prep I’m not surprised it would hurt. Did you use a lot of lube or something? Normally that can cause a diarrhea sensation and just starting out it might not feel right. But going on 4 days I would go see someone just to check up and make sure everything’s fine. No biggie.

Anal requires prep! Start with SMALL toys and work your way up. Definitely don’t jump in with a large dildo. I know, porn and movies don’t really tell you what’s all involved. The diarrhea should subside but if it doesn’t, get checked out to be safe.
