Two obvious explanations, one of them may be right,
– he is trying to be respectful.
Someone has told him once that cum is disgusting to get in the mouth and he is trying to spare you that. Or, even worse, someone has told him that HIS cum is disgusting to get in the mouth, and he is trying to spare you that.
