Overeating
Contanstly picking at my face trying to get rid of spots or scabs.
Self-punishing me by smoking too much, sleeping too less, and isolating myself from others whenever I feel frustrated.
Sleeping late. It’s just I’m a night owl ðŸ«
Procrastinating, and also, making excuses for/to myself, because I’m damn good at both and I kinda just hate it.
Ordering new pantyhose. I haven’t done it in a few weeks; been Jonesing for new sheer to waists hehe.
Grinding my front teeth when I get frustrated
Emotional eating at night
Psychosis ðŸ«
Falling asleep on the couch. Feels good to fall asleep there, doesn’t feel great waking up there.
Sleeping an extra 5 minutes after I hit snooze
Giving a shit about men.

Nose picking. I know it’s gross and I did it since childhood.

Ruminating so much/ overthinking/ over analyzing little things.
I think my main thing is just the type of contents I tend to consume whether it’s songs or books or vlogs, social media even certain people etc.
Whenever I change things up, I do notice difference in how relaxed I feel/ even temper wise, vs when i mindlessly consume things that are easy to consume.
Also hoping to get better at ego in social situations. Sometimes I take things too personally and when I have had the time to step back, I realize I just needed to tone down the ego and look from different perspective

Biting my nails. Recently finally realized painting them helps, but the second the polish comes off I’ll bite again so I constantly have to repaint since it doesn’t stay on very long. And I’m not very good at it.
